DRUG SCREENING

You might have a number of questions that enter your mind when it comes to abuse evaluations. Perhaps you’re wondering where you should go for the assessment or how you are going to be treated once you get there. Are there assumptions that will be made, such as if you are an alcoholic or a drug addict? If anything would indicate that I have a problem, should I downplay it or perhaps should I just lie about it? These are questions you may have but when you come to CPD Integrated Healthcare you can rest assured that all of your questions will be answered and you will be taken care of in a professional and kind manner.

One of the things that will likely take place at the beginning of an evaluation is for basic information to be provided about your history of drug or alcohol use. This information can provide a starting point for the overall evaluation and can even make a difference in any other questions that may be asked along the way.

For the most part, these are going to be relatively brief questionnaires and you shouldn’t be overly stressed about answering the questions. Just be straightforward with the person answering the questions. Any type of screening process may also involve either a blood test, a urinalysis or perhaps a combination of the two. This is also something that you shouldn’t be concerned about but if you do have any questions make sure that you ask the individual who is providing the screening and evaluation for you. Doing so can go a long way in helping to put your mind at ease and keep in mind the person who is doing the evaluation is there for you to assist in making sure that you get through it in the best way possible.

When you come to CPD Integrated Healthcare, you can be sure that we will take care of your needs, regardless of what they happen to be. It doesn’t matter if you need a drug screening or a pain evaluation, the experienced team at CPD are there to assist you, every step of the way.
